IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR RESERVATION
Making a
reservation online is easy and hassle free using “secure
online payment processing“.
To make a booking reservation, use your
credit or
debit card to pay only a
10% deposit of the total cost of your reservation, the balance of which
is then paid on arrival at your accommodation.
We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards.
Please Note:
You may cancel your reservation up to 2 days prior to your arrival
without being subject to any cancellation fee and a full refund of all
charges will be given.
Any cancellation in the 2 days prior to your arrival will incur a
cancellation fee of 10% of the total reservation cost.

Check Out: You must vacate your accommodation by 11:00am on the morning
of your departure.

If you arrive prior to your Check In time then a luggage room is
available to you at no extra cost.

If you require a late Check out then please consult with the reception
at least 24 hours prior to your day
of departure for availability and
costs.
Services included in the accommodation rates during your vacation stay
are the regular changing of Bed Linen, Towels and Cleaning of the
accommodation.
